Application Process
Admissions to undergraduate (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.C.A., B.Ed., D.El.Ed.) and postgraduate (M.Ed.) courses are conducted in accordance with Maa Shakumbhari University rules.
Step-by-step Application Guide:
- Online Registration: Register on the Maa Shakumbhari University admission portal and select Shanti Devi Jain Degree College as your choice.
- Document Submission: Submit a printout of the registration form along with academic credentials at the college office.
- Merit List Declaration: The college releases admission merit lists based on qualifying exam percentages.
- Fee Payment & Verification: Selected students must present original documents for verification and deposit sessional fees to confirm admission.

- High School (10th) Marksheet & Certificate
- Intermediate (12th) Marksheet & Certificate
- Graduation Marksheets (for M.Ed. & B.Ed. candidates)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) & Character Certificate (CC)
- Migration Certificate (for other-university students)
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) and Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card copy & 4 Passport size photographs
